The Writers forum is pleased that your are interested in its Videotape Library. Videotapes are loaned for a seven day viewing period for educational, non-profit use by recognized educational and literary institutions or legitimate scholars. The customary maximum number of tapes that may be borrowed at any one time is two and any individual or institution wishing to borrow more must first obtain authorization from the Director of the Writers Forum, Dr. Stanley Sanvel Rubin.

Tapes are not available for copying.

All tapes are 1/2 inch VHS and there is a fifteen dollar per order service fee. In special instances the fee may be waved by the permission of the Forum Director. All checks or money orders should be made out to: SUNY Brockport Writers Forum.

Each time a tape is borrowed a SUNY Brockport Videotape Use Agreement must be signed, and submitted to the Writers Forum with the appropriate use fee.

Please enclose the tape in a padded envelope to ensure safety. The origional shipping envelope is appropriate for this purpose.
